A professional yoga instructor with a bachelors degree in Psychology and a masters degree in Education – Mary Watts is ready to help you access your inner mental, physical, and creative energy.

Combining years of experience in caring professions, Mary merges her natural nurturing skills with western psychology, eastern philosophy, and human physiology to guide you toward a more balanced mind/body relationship.

Mary understands you may not want to be the next great yogi, but you still deserve balance and peace in your life. She also understands your time is precious, and your energy limited. Each of her unique sessions is designed to meet your needs on all these levels.

When you realize that your life is no longer in balance, it can be difficult to know where to begin, but you don’t have to do it alone. WarmHeart Yoga can help you explore your options and find what you need to attain balance.

:: Body Awareness Sessions ::

At the start of life, your body functions naturally and efficiently, however, as you age, stress causes your body to react to imbalance. Your breathing becomes too shallow, your muscles begin to pull your skeletal system out of alignment, and your mental strain creates physical fatigue.

Simply being aware of where you carry your stress and how your muscles carry tension can provide you endless relief from pain and boundless amounts of additional energy. During Body Awareness sessions, Mary works with you to understand your body's natural rhythm.

:: Voice & Breathing Sessions ::

Certified yoga Instructor, Mary Watts, combines forces with professional vocal coach, Rebeqa, to bring you this unique package designed for musicians, public speakers, CEO’s, and other professionals who often find themselves in front of a crowd. The package consists of equal parts physical training with Mary Watts & holistic vocal training with Rebeqa. The sessions are designed to enhance both your vocal and physical presence on stage.

:: Private, Individualized Yoga Study ::

If you are interested in beginning the practice of yoga, certified yoga instructor Mary Watts can help you enhance your core knowledge and skill base. Many of her students have come to her as beginners, seeking a better understanding of yoga.
