
La Familia Gallery LLC works overtime to make certain you can buy with confidence. Purchasing art online is a great leap of faith, and your satisfaction with our product is important to us. We want you to feel confident that you have made the right decision and will always feel proud of the work you acquire. That is why we offer you such things as a liberal exchange policy, secure processing through Paypal, clearly visible contact information, artists with active careers, archival art prints, and shipping insurance.
RETURNS:
Artwork may be returned for exchange or gallery credit within thirty (30) days of purchase for any reason at any time in accordance with the following conditions. The artist whose work is being returned must be one whom La Familia Gallery still promotes. The work must not been damaged or defaced. Exchanges are accepted only for artwork that is in stock at time of request.
Your original sales receipt must accompany return merchandise, and it must be in its original condition.
CANCELLATIONS:
We will accept cancellations on orders for in-stock artwork within 48 hours from the time the order is placed with the gallery. We do not offer cash refunds for artwork, except as noted above. We cannot accept cancellations on special order artwork once the order from the client has been placed with the gallery.
SHIPPING:
The shipping cost for all art works purchased includes insurance. In order to process the insurance claim, the damaged work must be presented to the Shipping Agency Used and a claim must be filed. It is not the responsibility of La Familia Gallery to file the appropriate form(s) as La Familia Gallery is not in possession of the damaged work(s).
If a return is for any reason other than defects in the product, any shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the client.
La Familia Gallery is happy to ship works overnight or express for an extra fee. La Familia Gallery is not responsible for the Shipping Agent's inability to deliver the works in a timely manner.
